The successful execution of factory and logistics projects—whether greenfield developments, site expansions, or modernization of existing facilities—confronts companies with complex organizational, technical, and cultural challenges. Our implementation support offers a structured, proven, and holistic approach that ensures planning objectives are not only documented on paper but also sustainably embedded into operational reality. We support both large-scale initiatives such as the establishment of new production plants or logistics hubs, as well as comprehensive modernization programs within existing factories, warehouses, and production environments.

Our services begin in the early preparation phase, where we support companies in aligning projects organizationally, technically, and with the appropriate personnel to ensure smooth implementation. This includes structured realization planning, definition of milestones and steering committees, and the translation of concepts into detailed, actionable work packages. In doing so, we apply both classical project management methodologies and agile elements, where they contribute to faster and more flexible project execution.

A core component of our implementation support is operational assistance on site. Through tailored coaching, training, and implementation models, we enable the involved teams to apply proven tools, methods, and routines required for successful transformation. This applies to employees in production and logistics as well as to specialists and managers responsible for long-term process governance. The goal is to build internal capabilities while ensuring that new structures and processes function effectively and gain lasting acceptance.

Our role is always neutral, independent, and solution-oriented. As an external partner, we combine facilitation and coaching expertise with deep knowledge in production, logistics, and supply chain management. We support the resolution of complex challenges, conflict mediation between involved departments, and decision-making in critical project phases. At the same time, we can—if desired—assume full operational implementation responsibility, for example during ramp-up of new systems, introduction of IT solutions, or implementation of new material flow concepts.

We also support modernization initiatives, such as the introduction of new technologies, process reorganization, or retrofitting of production equipment, across all relevant project phases. This includes preparation and alignment with internal stakeholders, coordination with engineering, IT, and technical departments, integration of automation and digitalization solutions, as well as change management to ensure that new processes are sustainably anchored within the organization.
