2. Selection of experts
You receive a selection of profiles of qualified experts whom we consider suitable.
3. Decision for an interim manager
You decide which expert you consider most suitable and who fits best with your organization.
4. Personal introduction
We accompany our interim managers and introduce them to you personally.
5. Commercial arrangements & start on site
After the commercial details are clarified, our interim manager will start at short notice and at your desired date.

Application
Send us your consultant profile, including a current project list, your fee expectations, and your availability to bewerbung@ebp-consulting.de, or get in touch with us directly.
Review of the Applicatio
We review all consultant profiles we receive in the order they arrive. If we have any questions, we clarify them in a brief phone call.
If we are unable to include you in our pool of experts, we will inform you by email. Our goal is to provide feedback within 2 to 3 weeks after your application.
Interview at ebp-consulting - Exdema
If your application meets our criteria, we will invite you to a telephone or in-person interview. It is important for us to get a personal impression of you, as well as to understand your qualifications, experience, and the positions you are interested in.
If you are a good fit for our service portfolio, we will include you in our pool of experts with your consent.
Our expert pool
We then review our client requests to see if you are a suitable interim manager for any of them. After discussing the key points of the assignment with you, we will, with your consent, forward your documents to our clients. We place great importance on discretion and transparency: at every stage, you will know the status of your application and whether your documents have been shared with third parties.
