With the expansion of the “South” logistics center in Fichtenau, the company is sustainably strengthening its competitiveness and investing in the future. Klaus Faber AG is focusing on automation and digitalization, the highest quality of service for its customers, and modern workplaces for its employees.
ebp-consulting has supported Klaus Faber AG from the very beginning: Starting with an early feasibility study on the optimal inventory and supply strategy between the two logistics centers, through the planning of the development structure of the site, taking into account the existing buildings and facilities, the concept planning of the new automation systems and IT interfaces, to the technical tender and award. All subsystems and processes are designed to be scalable and can be expanded with additional automated modules and transport systems such as AGVs.
